Allan Block Retaining Walls, Stone Patios and Paver Walkway

This Vancouver Landscape Project was designed and built for a family that purchased a new house in Vancouver.  The back yard was a steeply sloping ravine covered in blackberry.  In order to level out the back yard and extend it twenty feet, we built a ten foot tall Allan Block Retaining Wall.  A cedar fence was built atop the wall for privacy, noise abatement, and safety for the children.  Now that we had the segmental retaining wall installed, we could build the dimensional bluestone patios, stone wall with stairs, and paving stone walkway.  A new lawn, cedar playhouse, and swing set finished the job.
